Delivery Policy

Orders typically process and ship within 3 business days. However, processing times may vary during peak seasons, holidays, or due to unexpected delays. Please allow extra processing time for orders with strap adjustment. All orders are processed and shipped between Monday-Friday.

Grand Prix offers free standard delivery on all watch orders placed in the website.

Current shipping options include:

Standard Shipping: Shipped via USPS. Once your order ships, you will receive your package within approximately 3-5 business days.

*Due to high order volumes, shipping may be delayed.

Grand Prix Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return any unworn, undamaged item(s) purchased on the Grand Prix Online Store within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of purchase price. We do not accept returns for items purchased in-store or from third party retailers.

We currently offer free returns for watch purchases. Strap only purchases are excluded from free returns and must be returned at customer's expense.

 

How to Make a Return:

To start a return, you can contact us at service@grandprixwatchshop.com.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds:

Once we receive your return package, we will confirm that the returned product satisfies the conditions of the return policy (as specified below). We will process and issue your refund to the original form of payment within 14 days of receiving the return package. 

 

Conditions:

In order to receive a full refund, your return must meet the following criteria:

  • Merchandise must be delivered within the last 14 days of delivery.
  • Any watch or strap must be unworn, undamaged and cannot be customized.
  • Items need to be returned with original packaging including user manual, gift with purchase and extra links.
